USPR has the capacity to handle the largest plastic scrap sellers. We take clean or contaminated scrap from plastics manufacturers and turn it into clean plastic molding materials. USPR's facility contains 3 very large Vecoplan shredders, 3 high-horse granulators, 2 float-sink lines, 2 high speed screeners, various elutriators, magnetic traps throughout, hand-picking conveyors, and other customized equipment.

Skilled operators run USPR machines in excellent operating condition, tracked by our proprietary real-time paperless systems. This advantage allows us to diagnose errors quickly, giving us the information we need to eliminate error causes one by one.

USPR services some of the world's largest and most respected molders, pelletizers, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical firms. We purchase industrial scrap plastics - PP, LDPE, HIPS, HDPE, PVC, TPO, TPV, TPE, nylon, and many other polymers. Our equipment handles plastics in many forms - purges, parts, pellets, regrind, sheets, films, rolls, powders, and plastic floor sweeps. Our finished product is in products commonly in use in the USA and world-wide.
